I perform small incision cataract surgery (phakoemulsification) as well as treating glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. In my retinal clinic I manage patients with age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), macular hole, retinal detachment and complicated cataracts. 90% of my retinal surgery is performed under a local anaesthetic.
